We, the carrier "Bildungshafen gUG", are a young, emerging company in the field of care and education. Societal developments and requirements are constantly changing, and with them, the tasks in childcare facilities. Today's "Kita" is facing new challenges in many ways; as a place where children are at the center as independent individuals with specific needs and rights, as a place of early childhood education that requires particularly expert pedagogical work, and as a place that best supports the compatibility of family and career through demand-oriented childcare offerings. We continuously and successfully work to improve learning conditions and create equal opportunities for all children.
